The “Dolfi” preside over the destiny of one of the most beautiful – and oldest (1761) – Parisian chocolate houses. More precisely, À la Mère de Famille is a historic institution which contains more than 1000 sweet references. The family is united by a common passion: the pleasure of taste, a serious penchant for sweets and the affirmed desire to protect ancestral know-how, without making them a museum.

For the Dolfi family, produce everything yourself and mastering the process from start to finish, guarantees the consistency, taste qualities and excellence of its products. And at Stohrer, temple of sweet and savory, we develop our own recipes and make everything on site.
